Did you know that when you drink 2-3 bottles of water every hour all day long, in addition to sweating from a fever, you can actually flush out the salt that your body needs to function? Interesting, huh?!
Moral of the story - you need to eat or drink something that can replenish the salt, even when you don't feel like it, or your husband may find you at 5:30 in the morning passed out cold on the bathroom floor between the toilet and the wall. Oh ya, and you may end up with a nice little sore bruised spot on your face from hitting something on your way down (that you didn't even know you hit until you wake up) that will remind you all week of the little scare everyone had.
