Spring Break in CA

The boys had an early Spring Break this year with it coming in early March and with all the stress and chaos of the move, I was ready to get away and do something fun. We packed up the car and headed to Southern CA for a few days. We spent a couple of those days in Disneyland with Grammy. We also spent time in Temecula area where we got to meet cousin Blake for the first time and see Nancee and Troy's new house. Any trip to CA feels like too short of a trip but we tried to pack as much in as possible. We had a really fun and memorable two days in Disneyland. Even though it was busy we did everything we wanted to do...and somethings twice! We stopped by the beach to feel the sand in our toes and to talk a walk on the pier. The boys love playing with Erica and Sadie and it was just what they needed after a long couple of days in Disneyland.
I was just excited to meet and hold baby Blake.
 Day 1
Logan's first time driving the Autopia car
Logan's first time on Space Mountain
Lincoln was picked to be a Jedi at the Tomorrowland Star Wars show. Sad thing is that he's done it before and he was trying to get his little brother picked and they picked him instead. He did a great job though.

Logan got to meet Thor. Thor said he's friends with another Logan (Wolverine) so he wanted Logan to pose like him.
We rode the train a lot of this trip. It's Logan's favorite thing to do and it was a nice break throughout the day.
The boys met Oswald for the first time.
We got to ride in the Lilly Belle train as a special treat because Logan loves trains so much.

The end of first night we rode in the back of the Monorail with Daddy.
Day 2 was mostly spent in DCA.

The boys met Elsa and Anna.

Logan chose to spend his money on a balloon. Unfortunately the first one he got popped on the fence about 30 seconds after he got it so they quickly replaced it.

 Newport Beach

We walked the pier to have lunch at Ruby's Diner at the end of the pier overlooking the ocean. It was a fun atmosphere but we are wimps when it comes to the cold and by the end of lunch we were freezing and ready to go.

On our way home we stopped at the Cabazon Dinosaurs. I remember stopping here when I was a kid on our way to and from CA from Yuma. Unfortunately the place has taken a nose dive over the years and their isn't anything there other than the dinos and vacant buildings. I had great memories there as a kid so I tried to share that with the boys.
