Happy Halloween

I feel like we were celebrating Halloween for weeks...and it's because we were!  I tried to cram as many fun Halloween like activities into our schedule as we could. Our annual tradition, since we moved to AZ has been to go to the Tolmachoff Farms pumpkin patch.  This year it was hotter than usual and we went later in the month so the crowds were ridiculous.  We still did all of the activities we wanted to do but had to wait a long time.

The boys insisted on doing the hard corn maze this year. Here is the arial view. We made it through in about 45 minutes and honestly didn't get lost too many times.

Ricky brought his camera and was caught taking lots of artistic pictures.
Hot and tired after surviving the corn maze.
Logan's favorite is the "train ride".
We found corn in his shoes, pockets and ears after he was done playing in this.
 Loving brothers.
Our ward Trunk-or-Treat the week before Halloween
Logan was more excited to hand out candy than to collect it himself.
The boys school had a costume parade on Friday, October 30th.  Each class got to parade around the basketball court. Thankfully it didn't get rained out.

Lincoln was almost too cool to look at me for a picture.  When did he grow up!?

Lucky for me, I got to stay and help with the boys class parties after the parade.
Neither of the boys are overly excited about carving pumpkins. Logan doesn't like to touch the slimy seeds and Lincoln doesn't like to do the cutting. He is fine pulling out a handful or two of it's "guts" and then he's done, hence, the overly simplified Jack-O-Lantern.

We spent Halloween night at Bam Bam's house. We had pizza, hot dogs and hung out until it was time to go trick-or-treating. It was a nice to celebrate with friends.
This was the first year the kids were out trick-or-treating for a while. They loved having other kids to go with them.
Logan was the official hand dispenser at the house. Unfortunately we didn't get a lot of traffic where we were.
