The 2017-2018 school year is upon us. Lincoln goes into 5th grade and Logan into 2nd. The boys this year switched over to a new school. The school is close to where they were previously but but it is a K-8 instead of K-5 so they can be together in school longer. It is also a bigger campus with different curriculum which includes either sports or music four days a week. Lincoln has chosen the sports track so he's excited to get sports time in every day and learn the ins and outs of each of the major sports. Both of the boys teachers seem great. Lincoln's teacher is a bit of a spitfire - she's funny and sarcastic but also very caring. Logan's teach is a first year teacher. He's okay with it because she is "pretty". They were both a bit anxious, nervous but also excited for the change. They realized after meet the teacher night, that they already knew people in their classes from their previous school. We are one week in and they seem to love it.
