It is such a blessing to share in wonderful memories with my kids. I love seeing the magic through their eyes. Definitely blessed.
Another visit to see Kylo Ren. He liked the boys hats from the Dark Side.
More Jawa. It was so cute we had to visit it again.
They had real stunt cars for most of the show and then a small piece of the show was with Lightning McQueen.
Relaxing, cooling off and getting revamp after eating lunch.
The boys, including Daddy, were all excited to see all of the Star Wars memorabilia, merchandise, shows, and characters.
Ricky had been off of Coke for about six weeks before our trip and the idea of a Coke this big was an awesome thought for him. We aren't sure how you can make it through a hot Florida summer without a cole Coke product.
Green Army Man from Toy Story
This Barrel of Moneys made the boys miss our old barrels of monkeys that we used to have.
We took some time to walk through an area that had a lot of old, and original, art, costumes, artifacts, models, etc. from both Disneyland and Disneyworld. There were pieces that told about Walt's life, his influences and connections. This plaque on the wall stood out to me and I used it to have a talk later with the boys about brothers being best friends. That is something I am always striving to teach them. It's just them so I hope if I've taught them nothing else, that they know God loves them and that I want them to be best friends.
Ricky always makes fun of me for actually trying on these types of rides. This was on Toy Story Mania. I went with Logan and he wanted no part of me trying to help....so, I figured I was going to play. This was by far my best score every and reached the high score for the hour. Yes, I was a little impressed with myself. I think Logan did awesome too considering he's six - look at his accuracy score. I'd say that boy has skill.
This is one of my favorite pictures of the day. They both gave Mickey such big genuine hugs it made my heart melt. So sweet!
Remember, it all began with a mouse!
Back for more Star Wars action.
Chewy was not as impressed with the Storm Trooper and Darth Vader hat as Kylo Ren was and he sure let the boys know it. He made a big deal of their hats until Ricky told him it was one of Lincoln's kills.....then he was willing to pose for a picture with them. It was a super cute interaction between them.
As we were walking by Sofia (when I took this picture) Logan waived at her and got a huge smile on his face. He then told us that he thought she was pretty and cute. I don't think he realized he was telling us because when we agreed with him, his eyes got big and he got embarrassed. Lincoln on the other hand exclaimed, "Don't you think she's a little big for being a kid?" He is too smart for his own good.
Last thing we did was the Tower of Terror. It was a great way to end the day!
